Matthew steps into the role of Technical Director, bringing deep expertise in depollution processes, site compliance, and UK regulatory standards. From RAMS documentation to environmental controls, Matt ensures every detail is sharp, safe, and aligned.

Toni takes the helm as Operations Director, leading with precision, strategic insight, and a commitment to doing things properly. With a strong background in financial systems, compliance, and client care, Toni is shaping a business that’s modern, meaningful, and built to last.
