At the end of January, the sixth edition of the Lithium Batteries Conference took place in Göttingen (Germany). SEDA-Umwelttechnik GmbH, represented by sales manager Sebastian Raubinger, actively participated in the conference with its own presentation.

This year, the audience consisted of automobile manufacturers, battery and electrical device manufacturers, test laboratories, engineers and experts, specialists for occupational safety, safety-, fire protection-, wast-e and dangerous goods officers, authorities and supervisory authorities, industrial and commercial companies from all sectors, insurers and representatives Research and development, recycling and disposal companies, logistics and transport companies.

The lecture by Sebastian Raubinger dealt with the experiences of the approval process of a facility for the treatment of electric vehicles and lithium-ion batteries. This included:

  1. Planning and concepts
  2. Definition and evaluation of work processes
  3. Process-oriented risk assessment
  4. Development of structural and internal measures
